COVID 19 – Internal Action Steps | One Future Collective

The health and safety of people is our priority. Towards this, we are cancelling all in person events, healing circles, book club meet-ups and other in person spaces till 31st March 2020. We will take a call on later events based on the public health situation at that point.

Our courses and learning spaces will move online as we explore and try to replicate some of these offline spaces virtually so that we can continue to find community and learning, wherever we may be. It won’t necessarily be perfect but we hope we can all learn together.

You will receive updates from the team as we figure out next steps. If you have suggestions on what we can do better, please feel free to message us.

Additionally, we will be taking internal measures to ensure the health and safety of our team members:

(1) All team members will follow a complete work from home for the foreseeable future;
(2) We will be using this time to reflect, pause and not necessarily to keep finding other ways to work;
(3) Extended paid sick leave for all members.

We urge everyone to extend support and paid leave cover to those around you that fall under the unorganized sector and may not have similar legal protections or the privilege to be able to work from home.
