Testimonials

what Our Alumni Are Saying

“The PoSH ToT was a true participatory learning experience. The numerous discussions, activities, and case studies in the sessions pushed us to think beyond merely implementing PoSH. They prompted us to explore the underlying power dynamics and systemic practices that create unsafe work environments and consider how to address the root causes of SGBV. This experience deepened my understanding of the complexities involved and helped me inquire further.”
