I am Mahpara Alam, a Program Specialist in Social Justice and Inclusion at BLAST (Bangladesh Legal Aid Service Trust). My work centers on the provision of justice to marginalized individuals who have been structurally silenced due to a long history of oppression and exclusion from their rights. With over ten years of experience in the development sector, I specialize in gender rights, women's rights, refugee rights, and the rights of marginalized communities, including Dalit castes, tea garden workers, and climate-affected communities, among others.
