Position Title: Senior Program Officer
Reporting to: Lead, Consulting
CTC: 4,20,000 INR, which includes,
- 32,000 INR to be paid out on a monthly basis, i.e. 33,000 x 12;
- 36,000 INR (2,000 INR per month) to be paid at the end of the year as a retention bonus;*
* Please note that this retention bonus will not be paid if the stipulated duration of engagement is not completed for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to being let go due to poor performance or any other reason.

We offer a plethora of services pertaining to research, development, and learning; strategy evaluation and leadership, environmental, social and governance practices, and organisational safety, health and compliance. We work with our partners to identify challenges and opportunities that they are facing to offer bespoke solutions that are customised to meet their unique requirements.
About the Role: This is a full-time, hybrid role. We prefer for the candidate to be based out of Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore.
- A bachelor’s degree in management studies, developmental studies, law, policy or a related field.
- 1 year of relevant full-time work experience in research and/or in impact consulting. A masters’ in a relevant field may be considered as work experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a fluid entrepreneurial environment, including willingness to learn new systems or approaches quickly.
- Ability to synthesise knowledge from different sources, build interlinkages and apply it to knowledge products and services.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Highly organised and able to prioritise and multitask;
- Ability to have strong attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate and work with a remote team;
- Resourceful and has a problem-solving approach;
- Is comfortable working on partnerships and is good with operations
Roles and responsibilities:
Execution of Consulting Projects
- Execution of consulting deliverables, including but not limited to
- Creative ideation for different projects;
- Conducting suitable research across different thematic areas that pertain to inclusion, justice, feminist leadership, and social justice;
- Writing research and project reports as required for the different consulting projects;
- Support in the development of suitable tools, frameworks, and products for facilitation, advocacy, and capacity building;
- All other related activities.
- Ensuring smooth and timely communication with external partners and team members about the progress on deliverables.
- Completing all allied activities pertaining to the execution of consulting agreements.
Support in the creation and implementation of tools and products
- End-to-end development of resources (self-paced courses, research studies, primers, etc) as needed, including conducting research as well as drafting.
- Conduct research and provide ideation support on different tools and products being developed at OFC.
Business Development and Partnerships
- Identifying and generating business relationships with diverse partners with whom we can offer our consulting services.
- Research for and drafting of suitable proposals/applications to be submitted for potential consulting opportunities.
- Relationship building and maintenance with current and new potential partners.
Please note that all deliverables under this vertical are varied and require a high amount of willingness to innovate. This role requires the candidate to be comfortable with picking up streams of research and information that they may not have engaged with extensively in the past.
