Rhea’s work with oppressed communities during her college days, made her think about the work she could do in the real world. That’s what led her to take up the Teach For India Fellowship after her graduation from Sophia College for Women. The TFI experience proved to be a one of a kind experience filled with a lot of learning and made her see the passion she had for the Development sector.

Her work as an Educator, for the last five years, has instilled in her a firm belief that Education is one of the answers to solving problems that exist in society, by training young minds and the youth to be better human beings.

Rhea is a Teach for India, Mumbai, alumni, and is currently working with Antarang Foundation as a Career Ready Facilitator. She’s currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Policy from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
