Mugdha is an intersectional Feminist Social Worker who has worked with victims of human trafficking, children in need of care and protection; and prostitutes from the Hijra community. Her expertise lies in project management, rights based justice and stakeholder management, with special focus on Feminist justice and Mental health. Mugdha currently handles the strand of Institutional Fundraising for National and International NGOs at an organisation. She is a knowledge enthusiast who envisions a world that functions on equality, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
