A world built on social justice, led by communities of care.

One Future Collective was born out of a vision to make social justice a lived reality. Founded by Vandita Morarka, the journey began in Mumbai with the aim of nurturing youth leadership for social justice.

Early programs worked with over 2,500 emerging young leaders, seeding a community driven by empathy and action – the groundwork on which we started building People Power.

Recognizing the need for a systems-based approach, OFC expanded its mission to include institutional transformation.

As the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the world, OFC pivoted swiftly to address urgent unaddressed needs of community based mental health, legal aid, and financial safety.

We incorporated our learnings from the pandemic to inform and reshape One Future Collective’s long term work, strengthening our connection with the community and reinforcing our commitment to social justice.

Marking half a decade of catalysing people power and just institutions, our work has now reached over 2 million lives, reflecting our commitment to a world built on social justice.
